Exchange Policy

At Stylines, we want you to absolutely love what you wear. 
If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help you make an exchange — quickly and easily!

Can I exchange my order?

Yes! We gladly accept exchanges if your item doesn’t fit, if you received the wrong product, or if it arrived damaged. 

How long do I have to request an exchange?

You can request an exchange within 48 hours  of receiving your order.

What conditions apply for exchanges?

To be eligible for an exchange:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• All tags and packaging must still be attached.
• You must have your order number or receipt.

Which items can’t be exchanged?

We’re unable to accept exchanges for:
• Accessories (e.g., earrings, innerwear, masks, etc.)
• Final Sale / Clearance items
• Customized or personalized products

How do I make an exchange?
1. Message us on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours.
2. Share your order number and reason for exchange.
3. Our team will guide you through the return and replacement process.

What’s the exchange process?

Once approved, you can send the item back to us via your preferred courier.
• As soon as we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch your replacement product.
• If your requested size or item is out of stock, we’ll issue a credit note or exchange voucher instead.

Who covers delivery charges?
• If the exchange is due to a wrong or damaged item, Stylines will cover the delivery cost.
• For other exchanges (e.g., size or style changes), customers handle the return shipping.

How long will it take?

Once we receive your returned item, your replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 working days (subject to stock availability).
